It’s with sadness that we report the death of Meirion Parry at the age of 63. He was one of the early founders of Llangefni Rugby Club and Mei became first team captain and chair of the club for 5 years. He was a quiet, unassuming person off the field but an uncompromising player on the field who never took a backward step. His regular position was flanker but he was also an effective prop if called upon. As a leader on the field he was always followed as he was when he became chair of the Club. The Club extends its sincerest condolences to his family.🐗❤️
